Franklin Terrace Dog Park
Your pooch will feel like a regular Huck Finn after he takes a quick sprint through the waters of the mighty Mississippi. Located alongside the river's banks, Franklin Terrace requires that park users obtain an off-leash permit ($15-$30) for their pup. The park operates in conjunction with M-ROMP (Minneapolis ? Responsible Owners of Mannerly Pets).
