4 Paws Park With land donated from the Department of Waste Management, the pet-friendly citizen's group Maumelle Friends of the Animals created Arkansas' only dog park - for now. MFOA hopes to see more parks built in the near future. Friendly folks and feisty Fidos abound at this off-leash park. The land was donated from waste management, so please clean up after your pet!
